Does Voting Matter for Garinagu in America?

United States of America — For Americans, Today is Election Day 2010.  While I plan to vote in a few minutes, I have been thinking about Garinagu in this country and whether voting matters.

    Very insightful article…there is sooo much lawlessness in the third world countries. I remember seeing marches for civil rights for black latinos on telemundo and its sad that they were not being recognized as people, especially the Garinagu. I firmly believe we should claim we are human beings first before any race, culture, and nationality.

    Creo que es de muy importancia el voto de la comunidad, pero es de MUY importancia educar a la comunidad porque tienen que votar……
